Following on from Precision Athletica's hit seminar on the importance of effective strength and conditioning training for football development, is this practical workshop with the expert team of Nils Hestermann (S&C) and Jason Oei (Exercise Physiologist).
This 1.5 hour training session will be hands on and specifically focused on how to apply the principles discussed in our initial seminar to your own teams pre-season and mid-season training. Specific focus will be paid to getting the most out of squads that can only train as a group once or twice a week.
Briefly the session will teach you:
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY - glute activation, single leg stability and biomechanics, how and when to implement into your teams training schedule
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - practical warm up, functional agility drills, fundamental strength exercises
The session is limited to a maximum of 10 attendees and tickets are strictly sold on a first come, fist served basis.
Attendees will need to arrive and be ready in their training gear for a prompt 6:30 pm start.
