Presented by Precision Athletica Head of Winter Sports High Performance, Peter Caine.

We invite members of the NSW Snowsports community to attend free weekly training sessions commencing August 10th and running every Thursday night at 7pm for 8 weeks.

Each session will include a High Intensity Tabata Style Exercise Class to provide an intense workout, maximising fitness and strength outcomes. Exercise variations will be offered to cater for all levels of fitness and winter sport disciplines. The combination of weight training and increased aerobic effort makes Tabata style training an enormously beneficial form of cross training.

Each session will also include an education component that addresses some of the important elements of living an athlete lifestyle. Topics covered range from recovery strategies, personal excellence, nutrition, balancing sport & study and building skill to the science of top performance.

All members of the NSW Snowports community are welcome but places are limited to 20 per session so bookings/registrations are essential.
