In this introductory workshop that will mix theory and practical, we will cover:
- Getting the most out of your warm-up routine
- How to properly recovery
- Tennis specific movements to train and how to strengthen for performance
- Basics of Nutrition for tennis players when training
Open to tennis players from 12 years of age and up, but limited to a maximum of 40 players, this is a highly valuable insight into the work that takes places at Precision Athletica and knowledge that could be vital in elevating your performance.
